The Turnbull teams valuable experience over the years has led us to work with many Third Country Nationals (TCNs), now more correctly known as Other Country National (OCNs). These OCN resources work extremely hard for a fraction of the pay and so when bidding on contracts using OCNs when possible can make your bid much more appealing.
An OCN/TCN is a worker hired in a country outside the United States who is assigned to work in a country other than his or her country of origin. An example is a Philippine citizen who is assigned to work in Iraq
