Turnbull Services LLC, SRL, TOB
Hiring OCNs / TCNs
Other-country labor for OCONUS work. U.S. invoice. Certified SDVOSB.
What an OCN / TCN is
An Other Country National (OCN), still often called a Third Country National (TCN), is hired outside the United States and assigned to work in a country that is not their own. Example: a Philippine citizen assigned to a site in Iraq.
On OCONUS contracts, that labor is often what makes a bid price. Turnbull sources the people, screens them, and puts them on a U.S. invoice. Prime or sub.
How we staff it
Source
Recruiting partners, including HireTCNs.com, plus Turnbull’s own network in the Balkans, the Caucasus, the Pacific, and elsewhere as the job needs.
Screen
Skills, availability, and the paperwork the site actually requires. We do not promise a roster we have not checked.
Put on contract
People show up against a U.S. invoice. Housing and relocation can sit on the same contract. See housing.
Where we source
The lists below are current recruiting grounds, not a limit. Other countries are added when the requirement needs them.
Linguist and local-national hiring can ride with the same effort. See language services.
