Company Overview
Founded by Rob Evans, a retired U.S. Army officer with more than 30 years of experience including eight years at the Pentagon, Turnbull Services is a Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). That background in intelligence, security, and strategic planning is the foundation of how we support government, defense, and commercial clients.
Turnbull operates as Turnbull Services, LLC (USA), Turnbull Services, SRL (Romania, EU), and Turnbull Services, TOB (Ukraine). Our European headquarters is in Constanța, Romania, near Mihail Kogălniceanu Air Base (MKAB), with a United States headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, and offices in Odesa and Kyiv, Ukraine.
We maintain a strategic alliance with Formag Group Ltd., a Ukrainian shipping and logistics firm established in 1992 and part of the GTI transport holding. Together we support secure supply chains for reconstruction, humanitarian aid, defense, and commercial projects across Eastern Europe and worldwide.
Earlier work in Silicon Valley technology, EdTech, and government services in the National Capital Region — including future operations planning, global trade shows, and lasting client relationships — shaped the practical, results-first way we still operate today.
