Housing and lodging
Turnbull provides housing and hotel lodging as a prime or a sub. Certified SDVOSB. One traveler or a full team. A hotel, a furnished apartment, or a house, depending on the requirement.
We work in the United States, across the EU and Schengen, and in Ukraine. European headquarters is in Constanța, Romania, next to MKAB. That is a hub, not a limit.
Hotels
A common SAM.gov requirement is hotel lodging, not a lease. We bid and fill those: TDY, training, surge, and overflow while longer housing is arranged. One invoice. One point of contact.
Apartments and houses
Furnished apartments and houses near the work. We look at the local market and quote what we can actually get. Term, furniture, and what is included are in the quote, not promised in advance.
Where the unit allows it, we price rent with electricity, water, heat, and internet in one figure. One price. No surprise utility bills.
Relocation
Airport pickup, keys, and a working address when the requirement includes it. Security or transport to the site can be added. See security.
Linguist and TCN teams can be housed on the same contract as hiring.
If the job later needs housing organized on a site, we do that after we understand the requirement and have a contract. Partners are identified then.
