ANYx3 (Anyone, Anywhere, Anytime) is clinical decision support software. It reads facial action units and micro-expressions from video and gives the clinician an objective read of emotional state, in the room or over telehealth. It does not replace a clinician. It gives the clinician data that self-report often misses.

Combat-veteran pilot
n = 22. Half with PTSD, half without. Video interviews showed statistically significant differences: more anger and disgust, less surprise and fear, more time in flat affect (p < .05 to p < .01).
Eisenhower Center treatment pilot
CBT plus facial-emotion data dropped PCL-M scores further than CBT alone (about 48 to 24 versus 49 to 35) and improved session compliance. Small sample. Direction was clear.
